My client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator for their busy Chingford and Waltham Abbey office The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a good sales ability a proven track record within the estate agency industry and be focused and motivated to sell homes, PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE Responsibilities: Registering buyers and matching them to properties available Arranging and conducting viewing appointments Arranging valuations Negotiating offers Securing referrals for recommended mortgage brokers and conveyancers Experience required: 1 year minimum working in estate agency (sales or lettings) Skills Required: Confident and professional tendencies Highly driven and enthusiastic Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients Proven track record of closing sales Great team player Excellent communication skills Well organised right hand person to the manager Salary Basic 25,000 40,000 + OTE Petrol allowance Guarantee for first 6 months
