They have a highly skilled team and require a Deputy Head of Engineering to oversee the maintenance team in this highly responsible and incredibly varied position.In this role you will be responsible for the operational aspect of a maintenance department on a large scale, multi faceted site. You will oversee a small team whilst being responsible for all mechanical and building/civil works on this extensive site.The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in overseeing a facilities maintenance team and ideally have exposure to mind construction projects- although not essential. Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance in sites such as education establishments, hospitals, forces bases would be suitable.
