Sales Executive

Personnel Solutions are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client in Mansfield who specialise in electronics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying approaching business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Hours/Pay - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Basic Salary 25k- 28k Earnings can reach 60k+ with commission Duties Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, and telemarketing. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth. Collaborate with the internal teams to maximise growth Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in company CRM Experience Ideally have a proven sales background Ability to utilise internal CRMs Strong negotiation skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
