You will assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility while prioritising dignity and independence. You will oversee medication management, ensuring accurate administration and documentation. You will communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues, fostering a positive team ethos. You will welcome visitors, provide guidance to prospective residents and families, respond promptly to emergencies, maintain accurate care documentati
