Support Coordinator We''re looking for enthusiastic, motivated and well organised individuals to join the organisation delivering a comprehensive Stroke Recovery Service across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. However, frequent travel across the area will be required as part of this role Salary: Circa £16,461 per annum (FTE circa £27,400 per annum) Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week hours per week Contract: Permanent.
