Support Coordinator We''re looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to a new project in West Yorkshire to deliver 6 month reviews to stroke survivors of working age. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. Position: S11272 Stroke Support Coordinator Location: Homebased Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds. However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings) Salary: Circa £21,948 per annum (FTE circa £27,400 per annum) Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week Contract: This is a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2026. Our services are contracted, we currently have funding for this contract until 30 June 2026.
