Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership

• Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
• Salary: Up to £35,000 basic (DOE) + Bonus (OTE £41,000)
• Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm + 1-in-3 Saturdays 8:30am – 1:00pm

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable Main Dealership? Our client, a premium Automotive Dealer Group based in Stratford-upon-Avon, is looking to appoint a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. Duties included in this Vehicle Technician position:

• Conduct servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Diagnose faults accurately and execute repairs to first-time standard
• Support the preparation of new, used, and loan vehicles ensuring quality standards
• Collaborate with the workshop team to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Maintain detailed and accurate job records and documentation
• Ensure all work adheres to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Support the team with vehicle inspections and assessments

Requirements as a Vehicle Technician:

• NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience working within a busy Workshop or Dealership environment
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)
• Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems and VAG vehicles would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
• A team player with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
