Typical duties will include: Manage own property portfolio: - including referencing, moves ins, jobs, updating landlords, property inspections etc. Manage contractor, tenant and landlord relationships Ensuring landlords and tenants are kept informed and up to date Ensuring Property Management software systems kept up to date Ensuring all regulatory requirements (Deposit registrations etc.) are met Organising contractors and the payment of suppliers Negotiating renewals and preparing further paperwork Carrying out property inspections and meter readings Assist with small maintenance tasks.
