TimePlan Education is recruiting a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs in a secondary school setting. This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about inclusive education and personalised support.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide classroom, 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND.
• Adapt communication and tasks to help pupils access the curriculum.
• Support learning, engagement and emotional regulation.
• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and support staff.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience supporting students with SEND in a school setting.
• Be patient, adaptable and committed to inclusion.
• Be confident supporting differentiated learning and individual needs.
