TimePlan Education is recruiting a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs in a secondary school setting. This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about inclusive education and personalised support.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide classroom, 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND.
- Adapt communication and tasks to help pupils access the curriculum.
- Support learning, engagement and emotional regulation.
- Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and support staff.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience supporting students with SEND in a school setting.
- Be patient, adaptable and committed to inclusion.
- Be confident supporting differentiated learning and individual needs.
