Head of Estimating

to join their leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to

head up the estimating division, build it into your own, and lead the function with autonomy and ownership.The Role

Lead and develop the estimating division, setting processes, strategies, and standards.Take ownership of all estimating activity across large-scale, high-profile infrastructure projects.Collaborate with Tier 1 main contractors on bids, tenders, and complex structural steel packages.Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to junior estimators and commercial staff.Ensure accurate cost planning, risk analysis, and commercial input at every stage of a project.Work closely with the board and senior leadership on strategy, pipeline, and delivery.About You

Proven track record in

estimating leadership within the structural steel industry .Strong experience on

major infrastructure projects

(rail, bridges, airports, stadia, or similar).Solid background of

working with Tier 1 contractors

and understanding their processes.Commercially astute, with the ability to balance client requirements with company profitability.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the drive to build and shape a division.What\''s on Offer
