About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Transactional Finance Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day transactional finance activities of the business. This role is ideal for someone with previous office experience who is organised, adaptable and comfortable working with financial systems. You will support core finance processes including bank reconciliations, payment processing, cash allocation and purchase order administration. Key Responsibilities • Reconcile bank statements to Sage • Allocate daily cash receipts • Set up supplier payments using online banking systems • Record and bank customer cash and cheque payments • Administer and maintain the purchase order process • Assist with credit control activities when required • Provide support across the finance function during periods of absence • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation • Ensure all transactional finance
