• Encouraging the student''s confidence, independence, and participation in an inclusive classroom environment

• Experience supporting young people with autism and/or hearing impairments

• Knowledge of secondary curriculum and SEN best practices

• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to learning support

• Ability to reliably commute to and from Birmingham starting in September
