Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Delivering tailored 1:1 support to a student with additional needs, promoting engagement and learning across the curriculum
Implementing adaptive strategies to support autism and hearing impairment
Collaborating with teaching staff, the SENCO, and external professionals to meet the student''s EHCP objectives
Encouraging the student''s confidence, independence, and participation in an inclusive classroom environment
What We''re Looking For:
Experience supporting young people with autism and/or hearing impairments
Knowledge of secondary curriculum and SEN best practices
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to learning support
Ability to reliably commute to and from Birmingham starting in September
