Duties: Produce prep lists with the support of the engineering team to best utilise the internal assets and sub hiresBook and manage internal team resources and external freelancersBook and manage third party suppliersCommunicate proposals to our clients, validating that the proposal is suitable and make changes as and when requiredPrepare suitable quotes, designs and technical solutions that serve the clients requirementsOversee financial control of projects, ensuring they are within budget and timeframePrepare and communicate production documents, CDM documents and plansSupport the business development team through strategies, phone calls, exhibition etcOnsite relationship management with clients and your wider team Skills and experience: Thorough understanding of technical systems - Video,Lighting, Rigging and Scenic, that are required to deliver live events and exhibitionsKnowledge of hire management systemsExperience in effective resource mazementFull UK Driving LicenceHirehop is preferable
