WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? In this role you will provide valuation advise on residential development, single family housing for rent and strategic land. Whilst the firm boasts nationwide coverage, this role will focus on adding value within Prime Central London and the South East. You will work on diverse asset classes including major individual, high value residential homes and apartments, large scale towers and blocks, mixed use developments, AST and standing stock. Further duties: Preparation of valuation reports for a broad range of purposes.
