Assist in managing all food and beverage service operations, ensuring smooth coordinationSupport training, and ongoing development of FandB team members.Supervise, guide, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service.Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in accordance with company and local regulations.Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.Monitor and manage inventory levels, wastage, and stock control.Help drive upselling initiatives to meet revenue targets.Conduct regular team briefings and participate in departmental meetings.Ensure service areas are clean, well-organized, and fully prepared before service periods.Act as the duty manager when required and support events or special functions.Maintain clear communication with kitchen and other departments.Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within FandB or hospitality.Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and licensing laws.Hands-on, guest-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.Additional Information
