About the Role
We are currently recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in a range of primary schools. These flexible roles are ideal for candidates seeking varied experience, work-life balance, or the opportunity to work in different school settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support class teachers with teaching and learning activities
• Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning
• Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation
• Support pupils’ behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing
• Adapt to different school environments and follow school policies
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)
• Be adaptable, proactive, and confident working in new environments
• Have good communication and teamwork skills
• Be reliable, flexible, and professional
• Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3) or equivalent experience
