MERITUS are recruiting for a Manufacturing/Project Engineer with experience in Jigs and Tooling to support our client in the aerospace sphere on a 12 month deal to work on exciting new projects. The role eoffers paid overtime at a premium rate of 25% for Monday to Friday and 50% on Weekends. Your typical overtime rate will be 46.40 per hour.MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - JIGS and TOOLING - INSIDE IR35 - 37.12 PER HOUR (OVERTIME AVAILABLE) - 12 MONTHS - BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESSThe jobholder will:Ensure successful industrialization of SA Jigs and Tools Requests and supporting Projects (creation, development and modification) until final acceptance and handover to the corresponding Operations Team.Integrate mature industrial technologies in line with RandD.Collaborate with RandD to integrate requirements and consolidate our client''s Industrial Vision.Design and/or specify the requested Jigs and Tools assets according to requirements.Contribute to CDT MFT for production investigations utilising tooling and metrology skillset.Main outputs are:Interpretation of aircraft design model and relay into operations and operational support.Definition of the certification, re certification, qualification and re-qualification process, features and schedule.Required Skills:Ability to operate from first principles in manufacturing disciplines and activities requiring technical skills and knowledge to make daily business decisions.Working knowledge of Manufacturing Engi
