In this varied role you will be responsible for working closely with the CEO, CTO and Directors to help build a clear and strategic plan for future product development. This role will entail a split of both hands-on Flutter and Python mobile app development while simultaneously leading and mentoring a team of developers. Ensuring that projects stay within timeframes and maintaining a high level of quality are key aspects to the role that will help the business stay on track to over-achieve its targets and aspirations.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performance teams within a Series A Start-up and be well adapted to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, while simultaneously having a very strong technical background, focusing on hands-on mobile development. Python (Django) across Full Stack development is required to support on product development when needed and assist in the upskill and mentoring of Junior Staff.
