About the role Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and trade partners. Provide advice on suitable parts, services, and solutions. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services. Manage live chat and online enquiries. Create invoices, proformas, credit notes, and courier labels. Maintain accurate customer and order records.
