Service Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Service Manager to lead a new supported living service in Hatfield. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a team of support workers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop your team to provide outstanding support

Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies

Maintain comprehensive support plans and risk assessments
-
Work closely with clients, families, and external professionals (e.g., occupational therapists)
-
Promote independence and positive outcomes for those we support
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior or managerial role within social care

Good understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
-
Strong leadership and communication skills

A values-driven, hands-on approach to management

Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
