Senior Lead Claims Adjuster – Aviation, Marine and EnergyI am looking for an experienced Senior Lead Claims Adjuster to take ownership of some of the most complex and high-value global reinsurance claims. This is a chance to work at the heart of the Aviation and Marine and Energy markets, managing high-profile Treaty Claims and ensuring settlements that balance customer needs with sound business outcomes.Responsibilities

Lead on complex Aviation and Marine and Energy lossesManage a diverse portfolio of Treaty Claims, working with brokers and cedantsProvide expert guidance on contractual and legal issues to UnderwritersContribute to audits and reviews to support underwriting and actuarial functionsBuild strong client and broker relationships, delivering superior customer serviceMentor and coach junior claims staff, sharing your technical expertiseCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Underwriters, Actuarial, and Legal teamsWhat We’re Looking For

Proven experience handling senior-level reinsurance claimsStrong technical expertise in Aviation, Marine and Energy, or similar complex linesIn-depth knowledge of insurance regulation, legislation, and market practiceExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to influence strategyUniversity degree or equivalent industry qualification (preferred but not essential)Why Apply?
