Corporate Vice President – WNS AnalyticsJob Responsibilities:New Business Development:

Drive growth by pursuing new opportunities and acquiring new clients (hunting).Account Farming:

Build long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and becoming a trusted advisor.Upsell and Cross-Sell:

Expand analytics services within existing accounts with tailored solutions.Account Retention:

Address client concerns proactively, ensure excellent service delivery, and resolve issues efficiently.Revenue Growth:

Achieve and surpass sales targets, ensuring revenue and profit goals are met.Solution Development:

Create high-quality solutions, understanding client business and analytics strategies to identify opportunities.Collaboration:

Work with sales, account management, and business units to align strategies and share insights.Market Research:

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.Reporting:

Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance reports.Engagement and Feedback:

Engage with senior client leadership, foster account governance, and gather feedback to improve services. Develop onsite teams for expanded roles.Minimum Qualifications:Over 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in hi-tech professional servicesProven track record of exceeding sales targetsStrong analytics background with the ability to translate data into sales strategiesLeadership experience in managing high-performing sales teamsKnowledge of analytics tools, methodologies, and best practicesExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrategic thinker with business acumen and problem-solving skillsBachelor''s degree in Business, Analytics, or related; MBA preferredExperience with CRM and sales analytics platformsDeep industry knowledge of hi-tech professional services and analytics use casesWillingness to travel as neededAdditional Skills:Proven sales and account management experience in the UK/EU hi-tech and professional services sectorsCredibility with C-level executivesResults-oriented with a history of meeting/exceeding targetsBackground in HPS Sales and Analytics (Qualitative and Quantitative)Understanding of analytics use cases, statistical analysis, data science, AI, and Agentic AIJob Location#J-18808-Ljbffr
