Key Responsibilities: Lead and support QC analysts in day-to-day testing activities, ensuring GMP compliance. Oversee analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and dissolution testing to support product release and stability testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile: Relevant industry experience in a QC role within a CDMO or pharmaceutical environment. Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and experience working within a GMP-regulated laboratory. Proven ability to lead and mentor team members within a QC function. Understanding of regulatory expectations, including MHRA, EMA, and FDA guidelines.
