What You''ll Be Doing
As Press Brake Team Leader, you will lead by example — combining hands-on technical expertise with team leadership responsibilities.
Your role will include:

• Leading and coordinating the Press Brake department
• Setting and operating CNC press brake machines
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
• Allocating workloads and supporting team members
• Troubleshooting technical and production issues
• Driving continuous improvement across processes
• Supporting daily production meetings and reporting progress
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping

This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others while staying technically involved.

We''re seeking a confident, organised Team Leader, who can motivate a team while maintaining high production and quality standards.
 
You''ll ideally have:

• Strong experience setting and operating CNC press brake machines
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, positive leadership style
• Strong communication skills
• A team-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality

Flexibility to cover alternative shifts during holidays or sickness would be advantageous.
