You''ll be involved in all stages of event delivery - from planning and preparation to on-the-day coordination - ensuring everything runs without a hitch.Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Events Manager across all areas of event coordinationBe the first point of contact for event enquiries, responding quickly and professionallyManage event communications, including sending speaker invitations, confirmations, and remindersMonitor email inboxes, respond to queries, and keep records up to dateProcess delegate and speaker registrations, payments, and refunds using our databasePrepare and send marketing communications and promotional emailsPromote events through social media channelsPrepare event materials such as badges, delegate packs, course materials, and attendance listsAttend in-person events to provide on-site support to delegates, speakers, organisers, and committee membersCompile reports from event data an
