Senior MIS Reporting and Systems DeveloperReports to: Head of MISLocation: BristolSalary: 38k- 40k per annumType: Full-time, on-siteDovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Bristol.Role PurposeLead the design and upkeep of dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and SSRS to help managers make better decisions.Oversee systems and processes that support staff and students, making everything more efficient and reducing admin work.Manage a small team to ensure data systems run smoothly and meet internal and external deadlines.Main DutiesMaintain and improve existing reports while building new ones as needed.Create and manage performance dashboards used by leadership teams.Oversee system upgrades and integrations to reduce duplication and improve workflow.Provide technical support for tools used to manage student data.Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and ensure accurate, clean data is delivered.Work closely with IT, HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure systems communicate properly and meet business needs.RequirementsStrong experience with SQL, Power BI, and SSRS - confident working with large, complex datasets.Previous leadership or team management experience.Skilled in developing data solutions that support business performance and efficiency.Comfortable working with multiple systems and integrating data across platforms.Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicleIf this job is of interest, please apply to
