Description

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts to assist in decision-making processes.
• Ensure all reconciliations, including bank and balance sheet accounts, are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to support the organisation''s financial planning.
• Provide variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from budgeted figures.
• Support the finance team with end-of-year audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as required.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Accountancy & Finance department.
