Lettings Negotiator - Worcester - 28K basic plus commission I am seeking a Lettings Negotiator for an Independent Estate Agency in Worcester. Ideally the successful Lettings Negotiator will have previous experience working within Estate Agency. The role will include: Carrying out viewings Managing a portfolio of properties Negotiation of Rent Viewing Feedback Working within the team Confident communicator both face to face and on the telephone Valuing properties (training will be given) MUST have a full clean driving licence and have your own vehicle.
