They need someone with: A minimum of 3+ years experience. The ability to manage projects from conception to completion/ Excellent communication skills able to build strong working relationships with clients, architects and developers. Experience of designing in timber, concrete, steel etc. Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering ideally to Masters level or equivalent.
