Your Role:
- Support pupils in class KS1 with their learning, both 1:1 and in small groups
- Assist with planning and delivering tailored learning activities
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with additional needs
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to staff
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a school environment.
- A caring, patient, and adaptable attitude.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Individuals passionate about education and making a positive impact
