Role Overview The Head of Event Operations leads the operational strategy and delivery of all global events, ensuring excellence across logistics, onsite experience and customer engagement. As budget owner, the role manages the full event PandL, investment priorities and direct costs. Working closely with Commercial, Production, Marketing and wider teams, this highly visible, customer-facing role ensures every event aligns with commercial and strategic objectives while driving innovation, process optimisation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead operational delivery of all conferences and awards across EMEA, APAC and the US.
