Overview / Role SummaryWe’re looking for a Quality Engineer with a deep knowledge of PPAP, APQP, AIAG, TS16949 root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why).

MUST HAVE

previous experience with a Japanese Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier.

Key Responsibilities

Lead quality efforts for stamped metal and aluminum parts

Collaborate with customers, engineering, and production teams

Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions

Support prototype builds and product launches

Manage 4 Directs, 21 Quality Technicians

Requirements

Automotive experience with PPAP, APQP, AIAG, IATF16949, Stamping Die’s, Welding Assembly Process.

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years in quality engineering

Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills

MUST HAVE

previous experience with a Japanese Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier
