Employee Relations Advisor
An established health and social care provider is seeking an experienced Employment Relations Advisor to deliver hands-on, day-to-day ER support across a busy, multi-site environment. You''ll take ownership of complex casework, provide confident, legally-sound guidance to managers, and play a key role in strengthening HR practice during a period of high operational demand.This is a fully on-site role, in South London, and will run for an initial 2 months. There will be lots of opportunity for extensions/permanent roles.Applicants must be immediately available to start a new role.ResponsibilitiesActing as the escalation point for ER issues, offering clear, pragmatic advice to managers, senior leaders and staffManaging a varied caseload including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management and appealsRunning investigations end-to-end, conducting formal hearings and producing outcome letters aligned to policy and employment lawSupporting policy and process reviews, DSAR responses and preparation for upcoming legislative changes (including the Employment Rights Bill 2025)Leading on TUPE and redundancy processes with strong documentation and risk managementAdvising on maternity, paternity, parental leave, flexible working and changes to terms and conditionsWorking with Occupational Health and internal stakeholders to progress complex sickness and capability casesMaintaining accurate HR systems and producing MI to support decision-makingContributing to cont
