Summary of Position: Our client, a family-owned company supplying premium curtain poles and tracks to the luxury interior trade, is looking for a Sales Support Executive to engage new and existing trade customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promote the product range. If you enjoy building relationships and thrive in a friendly, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you. The responsibilities of the Sales Support Executive include but are not limited to: Make outbound calls to existing and prospective trade customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with curtain makers, retailers, and interior professionals. Promote the product range, offers, and services to drive sales and customer growth. Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system. Send appointment confirmations and manage the diary for the sales representative. Skills, Experience and Key Candidate Attributes of the Sales Support Executive: Previous experienced in a similar role, within sales or customer engagement. Confident communicator with a friendly and professional telephone manner. Strong relationship-building skills and a commercially aware mindset. Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage workload effectively. Comfortable using CRM systems and good IT skills.
