Senior Sales Negotiator. Property. West London

Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and polished Sales Negotiator with a strong background in the Prime Central London market for our boutique property client. The ideal candidate must be a proven networking specialist with at least 3 years’ experience in the high-end property sales market, with a deep understanding of prime central London. New developments experience is beneficial, but not essential. Candidates must have the confidence to deal with high-net-worth discerning clientele, both domestic and international, and possess a good understanding of tax implications for UK and overseas buyers, alongside a comprehensive knowledge of current residential property legislation and market trends. An understanding of and training in AML requirements is required. The successful candidate must be able to thrive under pressure and work effectively as part of a small team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, in addition to strong IT capabilities and a full, clean UK driving licence.Responsibilities
Conduct market appraisals / convert into instructionsBuild and manage a portfolioConduct / arrange property viewingsBuild relationships with clients, buyers, search and estate agentsNegotiate offers between vendors and buyersProvide ongoing vendor feedbackAssist in the general running and profitability of the businessAssist with marketing strategies and ongoing business development
