We''re working with a growing construction and building services company that delivers a range of minor works projects, typically lasting 4-5 weeks, with values between £10k-£250k. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you''ll coordinate and manage projects while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of small projects (£10k-£250k) Oversee site setup, programme management, and subcontractors Liaise with clients, internal teams, and suppliers Prepare programmes, RAMS, procurement schedules, and progress reports Ensure compliance with HandS, CDM, and company procedures Handle project documentation, variations, and final accounts Support with pricing and tendering of new works Must-Haves Positive, proactive attitude with strong organisation and communication skills Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new tools Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK Willingness to obtain CSCS (company will support if not held) Desirable Experience managing or supporting construction/maintenance projects (£10k-£250k) Background in main contracting, fit-out, or FM Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Awareness of HandS and CDM 2015 requirements CSCS card (if already held) SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid, or Fir
