Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and efficient Chinese Speaking Warehouse Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities. This position involves a variety of tasks including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving goods. The ideal candidate should also possess experience of using Chinese CRM systems. Responsibilities Operate Chinese warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels. Build and assemble products as required for shipping. Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of goods safely and efficiently. Operate Manual Handling Equipment and other warehouse equipment to load and unload materials. Engage in picking and packing orders accurately to ensure timely dispatch. Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly. Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in stock management, including inventory counts and restocking shelves as necessary. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous. Fluency in Chinese / Mandarin is essential! Experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading goods is desirable. A proactive approach to work with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently when required.
