The team is collaborative, passionate, and committed to helping every student find their spark.The RoleThis is a full-time position which could go temp - perm (Monday - Friday, term-time only) supporting students across various age groups. We are looking for someone who is energetic and ready to get involved. Whether you are leading a sports session in the morning or supporting a literacy task in the afternoon, your goal is to keep students engaged and regulated throughout the school day.We are particularly interested in candidates with:A background in sports or outdoor education (preferred but not essential).Experience in care or support work-if you have the right attitude and empathy, we can teach you the rest!Tea
