This is a hands-on design role offering real ownership, technical depth, and the opportunity to influence product design and development.The Role You ll play a key role in the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies, working closely with manufacturing, quality, and project teams. The position offers variety across new product development, existing product improvement, and bespoke engineering projects.This role would suit a technically strong engineer who enjoys problem-solving, detailed design work, and seeing designs through to production.Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for complex machinery and rotating equipment Produce high-quality 3D models and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings Carry out engineering calculations including stress analysis, FEA, and FMEA Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives Apply Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) and Value Engineering principles Produce technical documentation including Bills of Materials, IOM manuals, and
