About the Role Provide strategic leadership across engineering and product teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through to commercialisation and scaling Drive technical direction and innovation across semiconductor, photonics, and electronics development Build, mentor, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams across engineering and product Collaborate closely with operations, commercial, and leadership teams to deliver on company roadmap Oversee project delivery, resource planning, and budget management Ensure products meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements Act as a technical authority and decision-maker, supporting complex
