This role sits at the centre of the finance function, supporting enterprise-wide planning, performance management, commercial reporting and executive-level insight. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial analysis, corporate reporting and strategic performance materials for senior leadership, executive committees and board-level governance.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare high-quality financial reports, executive presentations and board-level materials, ensuring clear, accurate and commercially focused insight for senior leadership.Lead the coordination of monthly performance reporting, quarterly business reviews and finance inputs into executive, board, audit and remuneration committee packs.Support budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning cycles, working closely with finance business partners and commercial teams to consolidate inputs, analyse trends and provide meaningful commentary.Develop and improve management information, KPI reporting and performance dashboards, ensuring consistent, automated and scalable reporting across the organisation.Provide analysis across key retail performance areas including sales, margin, costs, headcount, workforce planning, investment and operational performance.Partner with co
