People Operations Administrator Bristol6-month Fixed Term Contract 32,000 per annum ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a People Operations Administrator on a 6 month contract. The Role: Provide administrative support to the People Operations team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.Organise the company induction and administer compliance training to ensure all new starters are inducted correctly.Provide administrative support for the People operations system ensuring employee data integrity and system workflow task monitoring.Raise purchase orders through the company ERP system to enable processing of invoices. Requirements: Good communication and organisation skillsStrong administrative experience ideally within a people operations environmentMust be confident and have previous experience liaising with stakeholdersBe comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to deal with change/uncertainty.
