As a HLTA, you''ll take a lead role in supporting the delivery of learning, implementing specialist programmes, and ensuring every child receives the tailored support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured interventions to small groups and individuals
• Plan and deliver lessons under the guidance of the class teacher or SENCO
• Lead classroom activities in the teacher''s absence
• Support pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH
• Track pupil progress and contribute to assessments and EHCP reviews
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and external agencies

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or extensive classroom support experience
• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and behaviour support
