Lettings Negotiator Location - Erdington and Great Barr areas OTE £28K Working Days Monday Friday 9 - 5:30pm A unique opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator covering the Erdington and Great Barr areas Responsibilities include, but not limited to:- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity level Identify client requirements and match those to our property portfolio Polite Telephone manner and able to communicate details effectively Qualify applicants, arrange, and conduct viewings Negotiate between Landlords and tenants Provide exceptional client service Experience Needed Lettings Administration and or Lettings Negotiation experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will Be target driven and tenacious Be able to work effectively within a team Always be motivated and enthusiastic Display high standards of service and presentation Have good organisational skills Be a car owner with a full driving licence Be insured for business use Closing date 30th November 2025
