A product-led GenAI company is hiring a

GenAI Solutions Engineer

to lead the design, delivery, and adoption of real-world AI workflows. Their no-code platform enables legal, compliance, and financial services teams to automate complex, document-heavy processes with auditability and control.You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, consulting, and product—embedding LLM-powered workflows into live client environments while influencing the product roadmap from the front lines.What You’ll Be Doing

Translate business needs into secure, production-ready GenAI workflowsPrototype, configure, and test document-based automations (RAG, agents, validations)Support client onboarding, training, and documentationWork with engineering to deliver robust integrations and featuresFeed delivery insights back into product and commercial teamsWorking Model: Hybrid, 3 days/week in a central London officeVisa Sponsorship: Not currently availableWhat You’ll Need

Experience delivering GenAI-powered solutions in client-facing rolesStrong Python skills and familiarity with LLM tooling (e.g. LangChain)Ability to prototype with tools like Streamlit or JupyterUnderstanding of ML/DS techniques (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)Experience working in fast-moving product or consulting teamsComfortable working with stakeholders across engineering, product, and commercialDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or similarSeniority level
