About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced-Coded MIG Welder-to join a leading Engineering and Fabrication company at their Nottingham-based workshop. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a skilled team on a high-profile structural project.

You will be responsible for MIG welding structural steel beams for an upcoming installation at a major utility site in the North of England. The role is initially workshop-based, with the potential to transition to the site installation team as the project progresses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MIG welding on structural steel components

• Work from technical drawings and fabrication specifications

• Collaborate with a team of experienced welders and fabricators

• Maintain high safety and quality standards in all tasks

• Prepare for possible site-based installation work in the near future

Requirements:

• Proven experience with MIG welding on structural steel

• Coded welding qualifications (or equivalent experience)

• Comfortable working in a workshop environment

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work well as part of a team
