Senior Procurement Manager

to drive value, innovation, and efficiency across our supply chain.This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of Procurement Managers and Category Specialists, shaping procurement strategies, building strong supplier partnerships, and ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our clients.What you''ll be doingLeading and developing a high-performing procurement team.Designing and implementing category strategies that deliver on quality, cost efficiency, and risk reduction.Building strong supplier and contractor frameworks, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and contractual agreements.Analysing supplier spend and performance data to identify opportunities for value creation.Providing escalation support for operational teams and clients on procurement and service delivery issues.Supporting tender processes, contractor selection, and onboarding of suppliers.Driving continuous improvement by working closely with HSQE and other internal departments.Deputising for the Head of Supply Chain when required.What we''re looking forProven experience at senior level in procurement, ideally with supplier and contractor performance management.Strong data analysis and trend evaluation skills, with a track record of delivering performance improvement.Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with confidence engaging at all levels.Knowledge of procurement frameworks, performance measurement (KPIs/SLAs), and risk management.Experience in FM (Facilities Management) is desirable but not essential.A strong strategic thinker, able to spot opportunities for innovation and efficiency.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills - you''ll be a trusted partner to senior management and clients.Why join us?At Arcus, our values shape everything we do:Do it Simply
