Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on mild steelRead and interpret engineering drawings and weld symbolsSet up welding equipment and select appropriate welding parameters and consumablesEnsure welds are clean, consistent, and meet quality standardsCarry out basic fabrication, such as cutting, grinding, and tack weldingInspect finished work for accuracy, defects, and overall qualityMaintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety policiesWork to production schedules and deadlines, both independently and as part of a teamCommunicate effectively with supervisors, inspectors, and other team membersPrevious Experience:Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environmentAbility to read and understand technical drawings and welding specificationsConfident working with mild steel and various thicknessesKnowledge of welding standards, tolerances, and inspection methodsSkilled in using grinders, saws, and other hand tools related to fabricationAbility to maintain high-quality standards while working efficientlyTo Apply:To be forwarded for an immediate interview, click the button below and one our qualified consultants will be in touch.
