This is a hands-on role within a dedicated cell, supporting both Thermoforming and Extrusion operations.As an MSO, you''ll play a key part in ensuring smooth production, first-line maintenance, and process control. You''ll work closely with the Operational Team Leader and may step into leadership responsibilities when required. Key Responsibilities:Promote a zero-accident culture through strong HSHE awareness.Maintain high standards of quality and productivity.Deliver daily manufacturing performance to plan.Conduct first-line maintenance and manage asset care.Perform tooling, setting, and product changeovers.Drive process control and continuous improvement initiatives.Accurately complete process documentation.Mentor and train colleagues within the team.Provide cover for machine operation and packing duties.Solve problems within the cell and manage material movement.Identify and implement waste reduction opportunities.
