You''ll be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.What you''ll be doingManaging the full project lifecycle - planning, resourcing, delivery, and reporting. You''ll produce project schedules, risk assessments, method statements, and cost forecasts, while keeping clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders informed throughout. You''ll oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe systems of work are followed at all times.What we''re looking forA hands-on project manager with a mechanical, HVAC or construction background and strong experience in planning, resource management, and budget control. A solid understanding of mechanical installation is essential. You''ll need a CSCS Manager card and ideally hold qualifications such as SMSTS or CDM. MAPM membership is desirable. You''re a confident communicator - comfortable managing client relationships, negotiating with suppliers, and leading site teams.LocationThis role is offered on a remote basis, with the client located in Norfolk.
